Who we are

901Go is a courier dispatch service operating in Abovyan, Armenia. It is used by restaurants to request a courier, and by couriers to accept and complete deliveries. Contact: hello@hasnel.store.

Accounts

We store a name, a phone number and a password for every user. Accounts are created by an operator — there is no public sign-up. Passwords are stored only as an argon2id hash and cannot be read by us or anyone else.

A courier's location

The app records a courier's position only between the moment he accepts a delivery and the moment that delivery is closed — delivered, failed, cancelled or dropped. It is not recorded when he is idle, off shift, or signed out.

This runs while the app is in the background because a courier keeps his phone in his pocket while riding. Android shows a permanent notification for the whole time it is running, and stopping that notification stops the recording.

The position is shown to the restaurant waiting for that specific delivery and to the operator. It is never shown to other couriers, never sold, and never shared with advertisers. Position history is deleted after 30 days.

Separately, while a courier is on shift his phone tells our server every 50 seconds that it is still reachable, so that work is not offered to a phone that cannot answer.

Customers who never installed anything

To deliver an order, restaurant staff enter a customer's phone number and address. That person is not a user of this app and has no account. We keep it so the courier can find the address and call if he cannot, and so the restaurant can reorder to the same address. We do not market to these numbers and do not share them.

Notifications and diagnostics

We store a push token per device so a courier's phone can ring for a new job. The app also reports whether its background service is running and whether location permission was granted, so an operator can tell a broken phone from a courier who has gone home. No message content, no contacts, no browsing, no advertising identifiers.

What we never collect

Contacts, photos, microphone, camera, calendar, installed apps, or any advertising identifier. There are no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in this app.

Who else can see it

Our own servers, in Germany, and Google's push service, which carries a notification containing only a delivery identifier. Maps are drawn from OpenFreeMap and addresses are searched on servers we run ourselves — neither receives a courier's position or a customer's details.

How long we keep it

Position history: 30 days. Delivery and financial records: retained, because they are the record of who was paid for what. Accounts: until the account is closed. Suspending an account ends its sessions immediately.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at the address above. A courier can stop location recording at any time by stopping the notification or going off shift; the app still works for taking calls-to-collect.
